Dear Clients,
The host’s of the Satellite connection have informed us that a cable that connects the satellite dish to the network terminal has become damaged. A new cable has been despatched and should be replaced within 24 hours when we hope the normal service will resume.
If you are still experiencing problems after 24 hours please call the help desk immediately.

Dear Clients,
NEDL (The Electricity Suppliers) are working on the lines around Gillamoor, this will unfortunately cause an interruption to the service today.
We are expecting the work to be completed around 5pm and the network should be back up and running within minutes afterwards but we shall keep you posted.

Dear Clients,
Around 8pm on Friday night Tibthorpe was struck by a short power cut lasting seconds, this obviously disrupted the broadband service while there was no power. Unfortunately the power cut caused the gateway node to stop responding to the rest of the network, this was simply resolved by a reboot and the service was restored sometime in the early hours.
